bossjili does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bossjili accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the bossjili cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bossjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, but bossjili aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within a few hours of approval.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account held in the player's name. bossjili will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all bossjili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your bossjili account in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
